ATSNYC GROUP is a multi-disciplinary corporate consulting and business document preparation group organized and operating in the State of New York. ATSNYC GROUP operates alongside ATSNYC CORP to deliver clerical, tax preparation, document filing, and commercial advisory support services to businesses and individual consumers.
3. Services
We provide consumer and corporate consulting, credit document preparation, tax filing support, and immigration document assistance. All services are governed by written client engagement agreements, explicit scope-of-work documentation, and statutory requirements applicable to non-attorney document preparation.
4. ATS Credit Solutions (DBA of ATSNYC CORP)
ATS Credit Solutions is a duly registered Doing Business As (DBA) trade name of ATSNYC CORP. ATS Credit Solutions operates strictly in compliance with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq., as well as relevant New York State consumer protection statutes. ATS Credit Solutions does not charge advance fees for services prior to full execution and delivery of agreed milestones, maintains statutory surety requirements where applicable, and provides all mandatory written disclosures, consumer rights summaries, and cancellation notices prior to contract signing.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Neither ATSNYC GROUP, ATSNYC CORP, nor ATS Credit Solutions guarantees specific credit score increases, removal of accurate and verifiable credit bureau entries, approved immigration petitions, or specific tax refund totals. All third-party decisions rest solely in the jurisdiction of consumer reporting agencies, creditors, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and state taxing bodies.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete documentation, including identification, financial records, government correspondence, and credit monitoring credentials where necessary. Clients must promptly forward all correspondence received from creditors, bureaus, or state and federal agencies to our processing staff to ensure timely casework.
7. Immigration Document Preparation Disclaimer
ATSNYC GROUP and ATSNYC CORP are NOT law firms and are NOT licensed attorneys. We do not provide legal advice, legal strategy, representation before USCIS, or representation in immigration court. Our role is strictly limited to clerical document preparation and translation assistance completed under the specific direction of the client in accordance with New York General Business Law Article 28-C.
8. Tax Services Disclaimer
Tax preparation services are conducted by registered tax preparers in accordance with IRS guidelines and New York Department of Taxation and Finance regulations. Tax filings rely exclusively on documentation and figures supplied by the taxpayer. The taxpayer maintains ultimate legal responsibility for the accuracy of all reported numbers on submitted returns.
9. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Service fees are clearly outlined in individual client agreements. In compliance with CROA, credit repair clients possess a statutory 5-business-day right of cancellation from the date of contract signing with full refund of any unearned fees. Non-credit services are subject to the specific refund and cancellation terms stipulated in their respective service contracts.
10. Electronic Communications
By communicating with ATSNYC GROUP electronically via web forms, email, or digital signature portals, you consent to receive communications, disclosures, notices, and agreements from us electronically in full satisfaction of any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
11. SMS and Text Messaging Terms
By opting into SMS notifications through our website forms or client intake contracts, you explicitly authorize ATSNYC GROUP, ATSNYC CORP, and ATS Credit Solutions to send informational text messages, case status alerts, and document reminders to your provided telephone number. Consent to receive text messages is not a mandatory condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless provider. Mobile phone numbers and opt-in consent collected for SMS purposes will NEVER be sold, rented, leased, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional reasons.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable New York State and federal law, ATSNYC GROUP, ATSNYC CORP, and ATS Credit Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to liability.
